Waiting on Wednesday #27: The Fine Art of Truth or Dare by Melissa Jensen

"Waiting On" Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.

Publisher: Speak
Expected Publication: Feburary 16th, 2012
Pages: 380
Goodreads Summary:
Pretty in Pink meets Anna and the French Kiss in this charming romantic comedy.
Ella is nearly invisible at the Willing School, and that's just fine by her. She's got her friends - the fabulous Frankie and their sweet cohort Sadie. She's got her art - and her idol, the unappreciated 19th-century painter Edward Willing. Still, it's hard being a nobody and having a crush on the biggest somebody in the school: Alex Bainbridge. Especially when he is your French tutor, and lessons have started becoming, well, certainly more interesting than French ever has been before. But can the invisible girl actually end up with a happily ever after with the golden boy, when no one even knows they're dating? And is Ella going to dare to be that girl?

This sounds like such a cute story! Definitely looking forward to reading this one.
What are you waiting for this Wednesday?

  1. Yes, that looks totally adorable and I can't wait to get my hands on it. A secret admirer, a skeptical girl about to possibly find love... I'm so there. :)

Listen, I don't normally bug people to go to my blog, but I found a giveaway where an ARC of that book is one of the prizes.

Actually, I'll grab you a direct link. Here:

  5. Nice pick! What an adorable-sounding book! Definitely going to be anticipating this one.

P.S. I always, always read your blog's name in my feed as 'fractional distillation'. I've clearly spent too much time studying Chemistry.

  25. Ooh. This sounds good! I've never read a romantic comedy. Thanks for dropping by. Your comment made me realize my WoW post for today didn't go through cause you commented on the one from last week. I guess I was so sleepy, I dreamed I pressed the "publish blog" button! Lol...I corrected that mistake though and now this weeks, WoW is up.*shaking my head*

  28. I've heard so many great things about this title and it's on my wish list too. Sadly, my bookshelves have been lacking in the cute YA romance department and I should probably start off by getting a copy of Stephanie Perkins titles. I hope you enjoy this one when it's released and the cover is great!

    Thanks for visiting my post:)
