Cover Comparisons #17: My Soul to Take by Rachel Vincent

Living in Germany gives me the perfect opportunity to compare original covers with the ones German publishers choose. Sometimes they're gorgeous, sometimes they make me cringe, but it's always interesting to see different covers for the same novel.

Cover Comparisons is a weekly feature here at Fictional Distraction.

My Soul To Take by Rachel Vincent

Okay, the German publishers weren't very creative for this one, because this actually is the UK cover of My Soul To Take, just with very small differences and a German title.
But I have to admit that I'm not quite sure what to think of this cover. When I first saw the UK / German edition, I didn't like it at all, but whenever I see it again, I like it better than the last time.

Which version do you like better?

  1. I've just been reading this series and I really like the UK covers, I think they are quite bold and really stand out.

  2. I think I prefer the International cover better, they are both really good, and the red one is nice, but the white one is much more striking.

I read and love every single comment you leave, so thanks a lot for taking your time to let me know what you are thinking about this post! Feel free to leave a link to your blog, so I can check it out, too!
